What do I need in the Czech Hockey Camp?

You will need:

1. Hockey equipment.

2. A hockey stick.

3. Sports outfits and shoes (for gym and for street- wear).

4. Notification from a pediatrician confirming you are free of any infectious diseases.

5. Health insurance.

6. Your identity card.

7. Personal hygiene products.

Each player must have for every single workout his or her own bottle to drink from. If a player has no bottle it can be bought it in our office.

What time exactly the program starts and ends?

The registration starts at 9.00 am on the first day of the program and the training program starts after dinner on that day.

On the last day of the program, morning training is organized and departures are possible after 1.00 pm.

Can parents be present during the hockey training sessions?

Yes, parents can follow the training sessions as spectators and take pictures or film the sessions.

It is not allowed for parents to be in the box for players, to shout, to talk to trainees, or call them.

How are the children divided into groups?

Children are divided into groups in accordance with their ages and skills.

How to book housing for people accompanying children?*

The number of accompanying people must be indicated in the application. The booking will be done automatically for all, including people accompanying the children. There is no need for additional booking. Please inform us timely about any changes in bookings.

Is it possible to rent hockey equipment?

No, we do not have such a service. However, it is possible to purchase necessary equipment in a store located on the hockey compound.

Can we arrive to the camp on the eve of the training session’s start?*

Sure, you can arrive to the hotel a day earlier. Please inform us about that beforehand.

What is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Vaclav Havel International Airport of Prague.

Where, when, and in what currency can the final payment be performed?

The final payment for the program is done in the camp on the first day, right after the arrival. Payment can be done in Euros, Czech Crowns, or via credit (debit) cards.

Can a person accompanying a child be housed in one room with the trainee?*

You can stay in one room with your child. If you indicate in the application that you need housing, the room will be automatically booked for you.

Is the advance payment made when booking, refundable in case of plan change?

Unfortunately, not. The advance payment is a preliminary fee and cannot be refunded in case of abrupt decision not to take part in the program. In exceptional cases, if there are viable reasons, the organizers may decide to count as valid the unused advance fees when next training sessions are booked.

Are there parking lots near hotel?*

Yes, the hotel has parking lots and parking is free of charge for the hotel’s guests.

Ice training – 9:30 a.m. (duration: 1 hour 25 minutes)
 
After the ice training – small snack break
